1. The website is not a travel agency , it is not a tour operator or an intermediary in booking accommodation or other tourist services.
2. The website may present information about accommodation facilities, attractions, events or services of third parties as well as links to their websites, forms or external booking systems.
3. Any reservations, inquiries, or transactions are concluded directly between the User and the relevant third party (e.g., the accommodation). The Service Provider is not a party to such a relationship.

The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that the content on the Website is up-to-date and reliable, but does not guarantee the completeness, currency or correctness of information from third parties, in particular regarding prices, availability, standards, descriptions and booking conditions.
