1. General provisions
- leba.pl website ("Website").
- a tourist and information nature and serves to provide content regarding Łeba and the surrounding area.
- Using the Website constitutes acceptance of these Regulations.

- The website is not a travel agency , it is not a tour operator or an intermediary in booking accommodation or other tourist services.

- Any reservations, inquiries, or transactions are concluded directly between the User and the relevant third party (e.g., the accommodation). The Service Provider is not a party to such a relationship.
