The city of Łeba has decided to change this narrative and is inviting local business owners to a meeting entitled: "How to Not Just Survive Seasonality but Build a Growing Business."
This isn't just another theory-filled conference. It's a space for open conversation, the exchange of experiences, and the acquisition of practical knowledge—from experts who work with entrepreneurs like you every day.

Who will lead the meeting?
The event will be led by experts from two renowned companies, and the entire event is under the patronage of the city mayor:
- Agnieszka Derba - Mayor of Łeba, host of the meeting and initiator of the entire project
- Monika Walewska - expert at the Juristo (Juristo Walewska sp.k.), specializing in legal services for companies and protection of entrepreneurs' assets
- Kacper Stachowski - a consultant at Northcore Consulting who helps companies build stable business models and growth strategies on a daily basis
